- deposit your holiday week from 12 months to 60 days prior to the start date of the said period so that the Domina Holiday Club can place your suite at the disposal of other members in view of your exchange, which has to be defined and confirmed
- collect information on holiday periods at Domina facilities that you would like to visit
- request the exchange and prepare for departure!
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are forced to cancel your holiday week, the Formula Multisuite ensures that you need not pay the cost of Rebate Hotel Accommodation. It is important, however, that cancelled vacations at the Domina Holiday Club be communicated within contractual time limits.
