- How is my purchase guaranteed?
The purchase of hotel shares will be carried out with a notary act, in the same way as any other real-estate property. That would make you the full-fledged owner of a suite giving you the freedom to use it as it suits you best In addition to spending your holiday there, it is also possible to sell or exchange the property, loan it to friends or leave it as an inheritance,...
Furthermore, Domina Vacanze fully complies with laws governing timeshares and consumer protection laws as per Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005.
- Can I resell the property I purchased by using Domina as an intermediary?
Yes. Domina has its own resale office that will assess your property's worth. You can contact our office by calling the number +39 02 55004562 or by sending an e-mail to clienti.dc@domina.it.
The office will get back to you with their value assessment within one week from your telephone or e-mail request. If you decide to accept the offer all you have to do is confirm with the office and begin closing the sale.
- If I need additional information or have problems or special needs is there a customer service department that can assist me?

- Is it true that I can exchange my vacation period and go on vacation in different places?
Yes, of course. The hotel coownership exchange is one of the greatest advantages of this formula. Once your requested vacation period is entered into the database you will have the opportunity to exchange it with another solution that is equal in value to the one you are offering.
This option is valid both for making exchanges with other Domina Home accommodations (consult the Domina Holiday Club page) and for exchanging your property worldwide through RCI and Interval.

- Is it possible to exchange properties purchased from other hotel coownership companies with those sold by Domina? Can I exchange a Domina property with one from another company?
n both cases the answer is no:
the resale office deals exclusively with Domina properties.
- Am I in any way obligated to use the Suite during the period I purchased or to exchange it?
Absolutely not. As opposed to other vacation packages, our formula is not mandatory. In fact, you can take advantage of the “n.u.n.p.”
- don't use don't pay option, which allows you to pass on your stay and, with sufficient prior notice, you won't be obligated to pay the D.H.F. (Discounted Hotel Fee).
